About Mandy Billington
British artist Mandy Florence Billington holds a degree in Contemporary Craft and specialised in the art of ceramics.
Her illustrative style is influenced by the books of "Milly Molly Mandy" by Joyce Lankester-Brisley and she is still affectionately known as "Milly Molly" today by her Mother. With a passion for architecture and travel her work explores an authentic blend of East and West creating homewares that are refined and utterly personal.
With a deep reverence of ceramics and a desire to support the British Craft industry her tableware is lovingly made in the heart of the Potteries in Staffordshire, England.

My love of architecture started many years ago. Although I moved to the country my roots were in London. Whenever I travel (which is my other passion) I always look up. You see the architecture in all its glory. I’m constantly left in awe when I look at the intricacies of some of the stonemasons craftsmanship.
From higgledy piggledy Tudor buildings that tentatively balance so as not to pay too much land tax, to the grandeur of Elizabethan Manor House’s. My home in England has spoilt me in terms of architectural wonder.
That is where my original work began and that’s where I will continue to take inspiration from. My style is quirky and yet honest I hope. Enabling you to remember your happy memories on luxury tableware.

Lesley on 02 Nov, 2025 5 out of 5 stars I had been searching for an artwork featuring St Paul's Cathedral for a long time but nothing caught my eye until I saw this one as it's very different to anything else I have seen. I love the imaginative use of colour, it makes me think of stained glass windows, and the red London bus brings a place that is very well known to me alive. Very happy with my purchase.

"this beautiful bone china teapot captures the feeling of a long-ago time, when beauty and elegance were the norm, when ladies took tea regularly. A beautiful addition to any collection."

This is a lovely bright mug made with quality materials. I love all the items that this seller produces, they are excellent to keep or, reluctantly, give as gifts.
